Dr. Bruce Gelch has resided in South Florida since 1979. He attended Miami Sunset Senior High School, then graduated from the University of Florida. He attended Life Chiropractic College, graduating in 1994, and has been practicing in South Florida since.
Dr. Gelch has always had a love for sports and exercise and has a passion for helping others to be healthy and live pain free. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his twin girls and enjoys running, playing golf and exercise.
Dr. Abel Murillo
Pain Management Specialist
Dr. Abel Murillo MD is an established and highly skilled Pain Management Specialist with over 30 years of experience in Pain Management and Pain Medicine. He also specializes in Anesthesiology and holds various professional memberships including the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the International Anesthesia Research Society, and many more.
With more than half of his medical experience in southern Florida, he is well regarded in the Miami community as an expert in his field and takes great pride in the care provided by the Florida Neurosurgery. Dr. Murillo’s passion is driven by the bonds he builds with his patients over the course of their visits and the enjoyment he holds in improving their quality of life.
Dr. Louis Starace, MS, MD
Dr. Louis M. Starace has practiced personalized, professional orthopedic care for more than 20 years. After earning his fourth degree from New York Medical School, he was Chief Resident of Orthopedic Surgery at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Starace focuses on improving his patients’ daily lives, eliminating pain and optimizing body function.
Dr. Ken Roesch
Dr. Ken Roesch graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1989. After living in Brooklyn, NY for many years, he decided to relocate to Florida. Throughout his career, Dr. Ken has been committed to providing top tier chiropractic care to all his patients and has been a valued member of the Multi-Care team since 2021. After working in our Cape Coral and Fort Myers locations from 2021-2023, he then transferred to our beautiful Vero Beach location in 2023.
Rick Hall, PA-C
Rick Hall was born in Detroit, Michigan but grew up in San Diego, California. He graduated from University of Texas Medical Branch in 1995 as a Physician Assistant. Rick worked for one year in Richmond, Virginia doing cardiothoracic surgery, then began a 27-year career in emergency medicine.
Rick is also retired from the United States Air Force after 10 years of active duty as well as 10 years in the United States Air National Guard. In January of 2023, Rick left emergency medicine to begin working with Multi-Care Medical. Currently, Rick and his wife are living in Vero Beach.
