Dr. Bruce Gelch has resided in South Florida since 1979. He attended Miami Sunset Senior High School, then graduated from the University of Florida. He attended Life Chiropractic College, graduating in 1994, and has been practicing in South Florida since. 

Dr. Gelch has always had a love for sports and exercise and has a passion for helping others to be healthy and live pain free. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his twin girls and enjoys running, playing golf and exercise.

Dr. Jeffrey Baker, Jr. graduated from NOVA Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. There, he learned to use continual research and the latest medical breakthroughs as the foundation of his career.

 

A lifelong sportsman, Dr. Baker practices family medicine and regenerative therapy with a focus on sports injuries. He emphasizes a methodical, individualized approach to each patient’s treatment.

Dr. Abel Murillo MD is an established and highly skilled Pain Management Specialist with over 30 years of experience in Pain Management and Pain Medicine. He also specializes in Anesthesiology and holds various professional memberships including the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the International Anesthesia Research Society, and many more. 

With more than half of his medical experience in southern Florida, he is well regarded in the Miami community as an expert in his field and takes great pride in the care provided by the Florida Neurosurgery. Dr. Murillo’s passion is driven by the bonds he builds with his patients over the course of their visits and the enjoyment he holds in improving their quality of life. 

Dr. Louis M. Starace has practiced personalized, professional orthopedic care for more than 20 years. After earning his fourth degree from New York Medical School, he was Chief Resident of Orthopedic Surgery at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center.

Dr. Starace focuses on improving his patients’ daily lives, eliminating pain and optimizing body function.

Christina Siciliano has 20 years of experience as a PTA. She earned her Associates in PTA from Lynn University and graduated in 2000. She previously owned and operated a private physical therapy practice, now serves as our Director of Physical Therapy. 

Christina has had advanced training in Graston technique, microcurrent point stimulation, Kinesio, McConnell and Rock Taping. Her experience has been in working with orthopedic injuries in athletes, pediatric, and geriatrics. Physical therapy is one of her passions, and feels fortunate to be able to practice every day. 

Laura Harhart graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She has over 27 years of experience working as a licensed physical therapist in a variety of settings. 

Laura specializes in the Graston technique, Kinesio taping, and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. She also is certified in Pilates Rehabilitation. She can incorporate all of her experiences and skills to improve and transform the quality of life to her patients.

Ibsen was born in Cuba.  He received an MD degree in Cuba in 2005. He then completed his residency in family medicine, orthopaedic, and trauma surgery. In 2014 he came to the US where he became a Certified Surgical Assistant.

In 2015 he was trained in invasive pain management procedures and regenerative medicine, including PRP and stem cell therapy. He then obtained a BSN and MSN from Miami Regional University. He became a certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) in 2020.

Ibsen has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare field, treating patients of all ages with orthopedic, neurological and internal medicine conditions.

Jessica Benshoshan graduated from Miami Dade College with her degree as a PTA. She has been working in the field for 8 years. 

She specializes in Orthopedics and has experience with pediatrics – geriatrics. She also has knowledge in Pilates Rehabilitation. 

Luis Soto has been a registered chiropractic assistant since 2004. He finds great joy assisting patients in regaining normal function after a traumatic experience. He strives constantly to increase his knowledge and learn new skills to assist his patients. 

Luis has an extensive background in boxing, and excels as a coach and an official in the sport. He brings the discipline gained from this background to his work and patient care. Motivating patients to overcome obstacles and grow from their experience is one of his many specialties.
