Dr. Bruce Gelch has resided in South Florida since 1979. He attended Miami Sunset Senior High School, then graduated from the University of Florida. He attended Life Chiropractic College, graduating in 1994, and has been practicing in South Florida since.
Dr. Gelch has always had a love for sports and exercise and has a passion for helping others to be healthy and live pain free. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his twin girls and enjoys running, playing golf and exercise.
Dr. Jeffrey Baker, DO
Dr. Jeffrey Baker, Jr. graduated from NOVA Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. There, he learned to use continual research and the latest medical breakthroughs as the foundation of his career.
A lifelong sportsman, Dr. Baker practices family medicine and regenerative therapy with a focus on sports injuries. He emphasizes a methodical, individualized approach to each patient’s treatment.
Dr. Abel Murillo

Dr. Abel Murillo MD is an established and highly skilled Pain Management Specialist with over 30 years of experience in Pain Management and Pain Medicine. He also specializes in Anesthesiology and holds various professional memberships including the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the International Anesthesia Research Society, and many more.
With more than half of his medical experience in southern Florida, he is well regarded in the Miami community as an expert in his field and takes great pride in the care provided by the Florida Neurosurgery. Dr. Murillo’s passion is driven by the bonds he builds with his patients over the course of their visits and the enjoyment he holds in improving their quality of life.
Dr. Louis Starace, MS, MD
Dr. Louis M. Starace has practiced personalized, professional orthopedic care for more than 20 years. After earning his fourth degree from New York Medical School, he was Chief Resident of Orthopedic Surgery at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Starace focuses on improving his patients’ daily lives, eliminating pain and optimizing body function.
Dr. Michele Martucci, DPT
Dr. Michele Martucci, DPT earned his graduate degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2020 and is a former division 1 college athlete. He is also trilingual and has been residing in Southwest, FL for the last three years.
Dr. Martucci is deeply committed to patient care and outcomes. His goal in life is to make an impact in his community by improving function and overall quality of life in everyone that he encounters.
Richard Burgess, PA-C
Rick Burgess is a veteran of the United States Army, serving our country from 1985-1993. He began his formal medical education in 1983. His background includes Cardiology, internal medicine, and orthopedics. Rick completed his pre-medical studies at the University of southern Maine, where he graduated magna, cum laude. He earned his masters degree in medical science and physician assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated with honors in 2015.
He also serves as an adjunct professor for physician assistant students at FGCU and enjoys music and cooking in his spare time.
Brooke Mahan, LMT
Physical Therapy Assistant Tech
Brooke Mahan is a Cape Coral native and a licensed massage therapist. She is passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals. She specializes in integrating trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Brooke attended the Aveda Institute where she received her certification in Massage Therapy.
Brooke has always been interested in how the body works and traditional healing practices. After working a few years in a chiropractic office, she found that she really enjoyed helping people recover and heal. She believes that physical therapy is a great way to promote healing, increase range of motion, and ease pain.
Stephanie Da Cunha
Stephanie was born in San José, Costa Rica. In 2006, she immigrated to the United States in search of better opportunities. She received an associate in science degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant through Broward College in 2013.
Following her undergraduate education, Stephanie has treated patients of all ages from children to geriatric. Throughout her career, she has gained experience treating a variety of clinical conditions including postoperative, work-related injuries, car accidents as well as balance and vestibular disorders.
Since entering the field, Stephanie has continued her education and gained additional training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Self Care Techniques, Myofascial Release, Kinesio Taping Techniques, and more. She practices with a patient- centered approach, emphasizing therapeutic exercises and postural/core. Stephanie has been a valued member of the Multi-Care team since 2022.
